This Situation is a result of “many failure and some by me (Sometime I hit the wall )”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

briefly what I am looking in How effective I am doing at work and why I wasnt be confident in work and no good progress as I want <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here I am not Positive I am thinking differently <\/p>\n\n\n\n

doing a bad thing and be denial for most of the time and once we catch it <\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 we say others also do the same (so we are free)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 get the others involved so we are all together in this<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3 I am for the job and I know the job ,let’s start then we ever get on,then the others that prevent form good performance ,the job could be screwed (keep fallow up with strength )<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4 out of a sudden something happen that get them out and make a vacuum that take all the good work that almost got them ( this not great)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4 selling Illusion (trade of Illusion)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5 taking advantage of your fears and concerns (this is in general very successful we cannot fight our nature ,but some of us have a good control, one of the points for leadership)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6 would be possible to be sure the work will not be disturbed by claim <\/p>\n\n\n\n

7 isuue is come up and we want have some help so someone in the issue and we call for the help<\/p>\n\n\n\n

who get the call is he\/her for the{the specific person} ,Now we know .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key getting solving this problems from your failure,”not from the last successful point” <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

finding solutions from failure <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

managing my job is using a lot of tools and do a lot of activity<\/p>\n\n\n\n

some of this tools and this activity was not functioning (very simple isnot functioning )<\/p>\n\n\n\n

if I did it again did I know why it wasnot functioning did I made what is needed to make it functioning <\/p>\n\n\n\n

from failure where is the solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

it isnot fighting corruptions <\/s><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I will focus in doing a good job in my situation, <\/p>\n\n\n\n

development and website will continue <\/p>\n\n\n\n
