This includes bolstering educational institutions and healthcare facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPeople will need new schools, which will have to be built \u2013 it won\u2019t be a case of adding four or five more chairs into a classroom \u2013 new schools or wings on schools will have to be built, the same for hospitals, too,\u201d Mr. Lowry said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He emphasized that the arrivals would also need livelihood assistance, such as jobs, and new homes.
