when you read this study and think of all efforts that are behind dealing with these incedents ,preventing them you will get to concolution ( I will leave it to you after reading these studies)

that support procedures that be fair to people who do their job and can deal with person who could not keep it will  be the best choice to support and more fairly to all this effort

the police are the sons and daughters of the community (we call them for lots of things )
