Good news that ICC (international criminal court ) was able to bring several war criminal to justice.

The Egyptian Rejime has supported one side and hosted many dialogues related To sekhairat agreement which give some stability in eastern Libya where Mr Akiela Saleh and on the Army in Benghazi General Khalieefa Hafter
Without going into the details
not a lot has been achieved for Libya , country can have Election and have elected government and elected President and they do have good geographic and many mineral and oil that Could make the people of Lybia have more stability and prosperity
More moderate efforts and more transparent steps can help there
