3 I am for the job and I know the job ,let’s start then we ever get on,then the others that prevent form good performance ,the job could be screwed (keep fallow up with strength )
4 out of a sudden something happen that get them out and make a vacuum that take all the good work that almost got them ( this not great)

5 taking advantage of your fears and concerns (this is in general very successful we cannot fight our nature ,but some of us have a good control, one of the points for leadership)
6 would be possible to be sure the work will not be disturbed by claim
7 isuue is come up and we want have some help so someone in the issue and we call for the help

managing my job is using a lot of tools and do a lot of activity

if I did it again did I know why it wasnot functioning did I made what is needed to make it functioning
