The united Nation is another place that has a huge resources and ability to reflect a the facts and what is happening and who to blame in the conflects

most conflicts are in Africa and some in Asia

when giving ability to United nation to be able on create and support a true image as independent not the parts of the conflicts or any other that may in favor

these countries can get this effort done and agreed on

(when they do that , it is recommended not to oppose that when a conflict happen )

United nation has the opportunity to send UN representative and has ability to access the war fields through the UNHCR and other organization

I hope they will consider to make this more open
